- Medical form signed by a physician.

By the start of the course, a diver must:
1. Be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or have a qualifying
certification from another training organization.
2. Be certified as a PADI Enriched Air Diver or have a qualifying certification
from another training organization.
3. Be certified as a PADI Deep Diver or show proof of 10 dives to 30 metres/100
feet.
4. Have logged at least 30 dives, with at least 10 using EANx deeper than 18
metres/60 feet.
5. Be at least 18 years old.
6. Be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver or have a qualifying
certification from another training organization.
Before certification: 50 logged dives.
